Siva Muttavarapu’s career has moved across healthcare, enterprise technology, and advanced innovation, always centered on building systems that make complex operations work smoothly. She first entered the pharmaceutical world in regulatory affairs, developing a foundation in compliance, precision, and high-stakes process management. From there, she joined Microsoft’s SharePoint Online team, spending five years supporting one of the world’s largest cloud collaboration platforms and gaining deep experience in global-scale product environments.
Her path then returned to healthcare, where she managed operations and administrative strategy for a surgical practice—translating technical problem-solving into real clinical workflows. Siva later joined Interactive Life, a fast-growing technology startup, where she spent three years helping build integrated platforms across public safety, virtual environments, and data governance. Through several initiatives of Interactive Life she contributed to solutions now used by cities, agencies, and organizations seeking modern digital infrastructure.
Siva now serves as Global Project Manager at GVolt Global, leading multinational coordination across graphene, energy, and advanced materials programs. Rich Banholzer, International Business Development
Rich Banholzer has been President of Banholzer Enterprises Inc since 2004 and a partner in Bio-Green Technologies LLC since 2011. The company develops technology sold to major customers such as Walmart, Sam's Club, BJ’s, Costco, Petco, BP, Exxon, United States Government, and NATO. He was the founder of G-Volt Global which takes all of the technologies of G-Volt Inc outside of the United States.
Over five separate technologies were developed and marketed in this window of time. All are still active and in the global market. Founder and General Manager of BEI, , as well as General Manager and Co-owner of Tempestos Capital Inc. As
In addition to the above, he served as an Executive Vice President for Creative Concepts Inc in 2009 - 2011 raising $220,000,000 in working capital to be used for purchasing distressed brands (Prell and Denorex shampoos, Tidy Cat) from major companies (P&G). With these brands, purchased at less the 1% EBITDA, they rehabilitated or managed down the brands, maximizing profits.
In 2007-2008, In partnership with Brown Forman Inc (Jack Daniels’ Brand) owners, Mr. Banholzer as President helped launch a caffeinated mint business. Major retailers such as Target, Walmart, Costco, CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid were penetrated. In 2008, the mints were positioned at over 595,000 cash registers in the USA. The brand and formula were sold to a major candy manufacturer in 2008.
From 2004 – 2007 Mr Banholzer was Division Vice President & General Manager of- McGraw Hill Inc. Responsible for Construction, Standard & Poor’s, Platts, products. Key customers include 3M, GM, GMAC, DuPont, Dow, and other Fortune 500 companies.
From 1983 – 2004 Mr Banholzer was employed by the 3M Company Inc. in a variety of General management, sales, brand management, and marketing positions. In various global positions he was responsible for over $1 B in sales.
Mr Banholzer graduated with a BA from Macalester college and has an MBA from St Thomas University. -
